Haven't been in a bank in years but this BOA has changed so much. I walked in and the tellers are on one side and its a huge opened space. It feels empty and a little weird. Maybe bc it was on a Saturday?? Juliette the bank teller was soft spoken, patient and kind to me and thats what matters!!

Very few staff assisting the user, which makes any procedure time-consuming. They don't value us as customers

Generally, I've never had a problem with this location. I've never seen the line to the tellers too long or static. The extracurricular business is just as non-time consuming and friendly.
