I regret to move to Beachwalk. I admit this apartment is quite old but the maintenance functions well so most of the problems were solved easily. The property manager, Shanelle’s work is beautiful. Nobody can deny Lincoln Park is one of the best neighborhoods in Chicago.

Dog is always off the leash. Me and my friend were coming down the hallway and my friend literally had to ask her to get her dog although all dogs are supposed to be on their leash. This same girl is inconsiderate and also has parked in my friends spot but often parks in the 1st spot.
