Bluemercury is an oasis for the beauty obsessed, offering the best in hair, cosmetics, skin care, makeup, perfume, and bath and body. It is a lovely store with great products and a wonderful, incredibly kind staff. The service is so accommodating, with an extensive understanding of product ingredients. The staff is always particularly helpful and professional, providing great help and advice. They take their time choosing products, listen to requests, and offer application tips, creating a mini-makeup lesson. Customers are thrilled with the exciting array of products compared to usual stores. While a customer service issue over the phone was a nightmare, the store manager was so nice and kind, resolving the issue quickly and following up personally. This kind and dedicated service ensures customers will be returning and can't recommend the place enough. It is a bit of a bummer that they don't have an app, however.
I always get great help and advice when I visit this place. I’m thrilled to have stumbled upon another store with a more exciting array of products compared to the usual stores. It’s a bit of a bummer that they don’t have an app though.
