Crooks. We pay and overpay our account and they do not reduce our principal at all. Any time I call I get transferred multiple times and put on hold and end up even more confused than before I called. Will not be doing any business with them as soon as I get a credit union to take over my loan , BMO is not trustworthy

I have been trying to resolve an estate matter with BMO/Harris for several months! The service is inconsistent from one branch to another. The bureaucracy is outrageous. I would never open or maintain an account with this financial institution. My issue still isn't resolved, and I am exhausted by them. Customer service representatives are essentially useless.

This branch has glass walls and glass door after enter through the revolving door. Whoever decided to install the glass walls and glass door didn't think things through. It is confusing to find the glass door.

Not particular to this bank but bmo only allows a car loan payment and then you can’t submit another payment within 2 weeks.Why? I should be able to pay on it when I want to. It causes people to say forget it and end up spending it, or have to be on the phone forever with customer service, and/or ultimately cause people to lose their cars. A shady policy that needs to change and that impacts millions of customers.

Do not go here for an estate account. Their staff has very poor customer service skills. I went in today to ask what they need from me to close the account. They never answered my simple question. Instead they ran me around in circles, asked me repeatedly to confirm my name and my dad's name while holding my picture ID, argued about the check amounts I repeated to them, argued about the final amount in the account I stated, argued about who's check was where, ridiculous! And then one of them repeatedly told me what to do regarding one of the checks. Who in the world is he to tell me what to do like I'm a brainless idiot? Did he think I was related to his coworker who couldn't understand simple English? This is only the most recent issue/visit I've had here. There was more. I don't know what to say. Perhaps try a small bank. Chase was worse! Chase bank couldn't even manage to keep our initial estate account check deposited.

After my identity was stolen, someone cleaned out my bank accounts and opened credit cards in my name. This branch was extremely helpful in walking me through the fraud department's processes, filling out all paperwork for me, and creating new accounts so the thieves couldn't access anything in the future. This was one of the most helpful companies I had to deal with during this extremely stressful time.

This branch is complete trash, wouldn't waste my time even going to the branch they don't care about you or getting what you need done. They just want their pay and to throw you out of their as soon as possible. I spoke with the branch manger prior to talking to customer service and them setting up an appointment for me online me, thus when I arrived he wasn't doing anything an came to talk to me saying he wasn't going to meet with me because I wasn't worthy or didn't look like a good enough character to speak with preferably because of my color. If you want a nice customer service bank I'd go with fifth third or chase definitely changing banks after this incident.

You have totally screwed up my loan. We were supposed to close 10 days ago and now I'm getting the silent treatment and no answers. We were told everything was approved weeks ago. We are 30 year customers of your bank but NO MORE.

Was just here, staff was friendly and welcoming, greeting every customer as they entered. Unfortunately, I waited 30 minutes for service from a banker and had to leave without getting service to return to work. I wish they had just told me they didn't have time for me to see someone rather than me wait 30 minutes for no reason and not leave with what I needed.
