I kerp trying to tell anyone that will listen that I have a speech impairment I don't talk on phone because of this and my account has fraudulent charges on it I haven't used my debit card why would I when I knew there was no money there? Check my account someone should look and check don't call text

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a bank branch. Poor customer service, long wait time (even when they're empty).
