Came with a high recommendation, but you better know exactly what you want when you go in there. I was looking for a little guidance as to which tool would be right for the job and was treated rudely and told 'If you don't know exactly what it is you're looking for, how am I supposed to know.'

I had three sets of keys for my new condo made here. Angela made me a cup of coffee while I waited. (She had made tea for two other gents sitting beside me--they are now big fans of lemon herbal). Maurice made my keys. These people are terrific.
