“I am pleased to share my positive experience working with Richards Building Supply as our primary material supplier. As a contractor, I have had the opportunity to work with numerous suppliers, and I must say that the experience with Richards has been outstanding. The reliability of their supply chain has been great, contributing significantly to the efficiency of our construction sites and enabling us to meet project deadlines consistently. The customer service provided by the team of the branch deserves commendation. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, always ready to assist and go out of their way to help. I highly recommend them!”
“RT Materials has done an exceptional job with all of their deliveries. Their attention to detail and outstanding service is what keeps me coming back to them. Always reliable, professional, and a pleasure to work with!”
“Another job well done by Chicago Glass Block! I recently had my hardwood floors refinished, on of the areas that suffered the most was the front door entry foyer. The limestone sil had started to crumble and the dust transferred from peoples shoes upon entry tore up the floor finish. I needed the sil replaced and had faked about this in the past with Mike. The necessity was now ever present because the floors are now shiny and new. Mike gave me the quote and called me when the sil arrived. The guys called before arrival today and were finished and cleaned up quickly and the sil looks fantastic. They gave me the "do's & dont's" for proper care. I couldn't be more happy with the entire process! Thanks again Mike.”
“5 stars… Deliveries always on time, great communication! Super friendly staff ready to assist. The Best company Multiple Concrete accessories in Chicago, Palatine, Naperville and
Brookfield, WI.”
“This is definitely the place to go to get all your business supply needs. My only issue i had was I ordered the wrong product because I wasn't aware there were different options to choose from on the product I ordered. I noticed it as I was loading the product into my truck. I wish the sales associate would have atleast confirmed with me everything I was getting with my order. I came there with a list from from my contractor and the only time I was asked what color I wanted was when I picked out my siding. Other than that, just know exactly what you want when ordering.”
“Great selection and service. Their pricing is fair and many cabinets are in stock and can be delivered within a week or two. Why would I ever go back to home Depot for kitchens when I can get better service and pricing here? Way better.”
“I bought deck screws. They have great quality and sales staff is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Turek. They also off free delivery to your job-site. Great selection of power tool and safety products. Pretty much anything you might need for you project!”
“Business as usual, there welcoming, friendly and helpful. It ok when you coming to buy small stuff but it when you buying stove and dryer the big stuff that when you have problems they mounted the stove to close to window melt the blinds I was told fire it hazardous, call try to get the worker to remove it from being so close to they said no, now we buy a dryer from here the worker put sliver or duck tape on everything I don’t him to use clips he refuse then use that duck tapes on everything few day later all that mess came a loose call the store try get somebody help I got hang up the girl on the phone didn’t know nothing I had to go store buy a clip and paid a family hood the dryer up right. I paid for insurance not work out with Home Depot.”
“The Cosentino Chicago team has been a great resource throughout our projects. They’re always available to help with selections, samples and product recommendations, and have a great eye for finding the right material for each space. Really appreciate the support from the team from start to finish.”

“we went for minor home repair items and greeted at door, asked twice in aisles if needed assistance. One sales associate left his area and walked three aisles down to not only direct us to our sought item then advised on the best product from the variety. Great store!”
“Kelly and his team took care of my GearWrench product warranty in a professional manner and I received a new 14mm flex head ratcheting wrench shortly after. The employees here were friendly, helpful and I will be back in the future for any industrial needs.”
