Carriage House Lofts is a pet-friendly community in the vibrant South Loop neighborhood of Chicago, offering spacious and sun-filled loft-style apartments. The renovated units feature open floor plans, updated kitchens with stainless steel appliances and islands, in-home washers and dryers, large windows, exposed brick, and hardwood floors. Residents can enjoy stunning views of the Chicago skyline from their homes. The South Loop is known for its ongoing redevelopment, world-class museums, and easy access to public transportation, including the Red, Blue, and Green Line. The Carriage House Lofts is conveniently located near the best dining, shopping, and nightlife that the neighborhood has to offer, as well as the attractions of Grant Park and Museum Campus. Residents praise the building's helpful staff and maintenance team, as well as the unique, loft-style design of the apartments. The community's amenities, such as the on-site gym, are also well-received. However, some concerns have been raised about the entry door lock system, the number of stairs before reaching the elevator, and the noise from the nearby train and upstairs neighbors. Additionally, the curb in front of the building has been noted as a potential hazard for those getting in and out of their vehicles. Overall, the Carriage House Lofts offers a desirable living experience in the heart of the vibrant South Loop, with spacious and well-appointed apartments and a great location near the city's top attractions.

Speaking from my experience, I have had a great time so far. Everyone I've met working there including staff and maintenance has been quite helpful. Plus the lofts themselves are spacious and have those rustic details.

I was very elated because I thought someone was in my apartment everytime I heard the alarm go off.
