Century Tower is a Chicago landmark in the Loop, offering a unique blend of historical charm and modern living. The building is very well maintained and clean. Residents can choose from pet-friendly studio to three-bedroom apartments with nice, updated finishes. Amenities are great, including a 24-hour fitness center, a spacious rooftop deck with stunning downtown views, and a keyless entry system using an app. The 24/7 door staff are extremely nice, helpful, and efficient with packages. Management is appreciated and addresses work orders quickly, also hosting tenant mixers and events. The location is premium and cool, near the river walk, though the nearby train can be a nuisance with some noise and rumble, especially for apartments facing the tracks. However, many residents get used to it, and the double windows block most of the sound. The combination of a friendly community, efficient service, and a rich history at a reachable price makes Century Tower a great place to live, with many residents seeing themselves staying for a long time.

Lived in 3 different buildings in Chicago, but century tower is definitely my favorite. The location is incredible, the amenities are great, the inside of the apartments is INCREDIBLE. The staff is always available and super helpful. So sad I had to leave Chicago and this apartment.

Great first place to live! Amenities are great and building was always very clean. The door attendants were all very nice and knew me (by name) immediately. Train was noisy the first week but got used to it and it didn’t bother me afterwards.

Beautiful property. Very well maintained. On site property manager (Megan) was knowledgeable and engaging. Such a cool location. Feels like you are on a movie set.
