Glad my husband & I decided to get an appointment at this location. Juan Serna (Relationship Banker) took care of us right away. He greeted us with a friendly smile & was happy to see us. He helped us set up an account & let me choose what debit card I wanted. He went far beyond by helping my husband apply for a credit card. He thought us some financial things that could help us for our future. You can tell he likes his job & is willing to help his community. Thank you Juan & we will definitely be back here.

This location is wildly understaffed like most South and West Side Chicago Chase locations. Over an hour to send a wire. Employees and Manager are very helpful and clearly the situation is out of their hands and at a corporate level. This is the reason I closed business accounts years ago and can't believe the issue is still like this. Also upsetting how north side and affluent area locations never are so busy and seem over staffed at times. So disappointing!

Went inside to get money out and my wife who's pregnant, asked permission for her to use the bathroom and they refused to let a pregnant woman use it.... will not be coming back ever again.

Had to wait two weeks for an appointment. I asked Juan Serna what I needed to bring. He gave me a list. When I got there, he said I was missing something (that he did not tell me I needed in advance). He also was so nonchalant like he didn’t cause me any stress at all. He’s just like yea you need it. Bye. Now I have to set another appointment and wait weeks to open this account. Sufficed to say I won’t be going back to Juan Serna or this branch ever again.

It is unfortunate that I am forced to write this letter but the service I have received from Juan Serna has been sub par and extremely disappointing. I service 3 companies and had planned to change my banking needs to Chase as an option, however after my recent experience with JuanSerna I am left to reconsider. Juan does has a poor attitude and am uncertain who or why he is allowed to represent Chase. Every time I need his assistance with our banking needs he is. It helpful and rarely give us options. Recently, I scheduled two appointments with him to discuss issues and concerns with our banking needs and rather than offer solutions it was clear to me that he was not paying any attention to us and our concerns and furthermore on several occasions I had to repeat information to him. It also seemed like he was bothered by our concerns and had a bad attitude from the beginning of our conversation.I also want to note that the first time he serviced us, he was in a hurry to finish our meeting and we felt extremely rushed and left the bank disappointed. By coincidence, we remained at the bank a few minutes later and a short moment after our meeting ended we saw Juan come out of the bank behind us only to discover that his family or friends were outside the bank waiting for him (perhaps to go eat, on a personal matter) which leads me to believe that is the reason why he was in a hurry and we felt rushed. Now I understand people have lives outside of work but we are a client that does bank g with him and Chase and his urgency really showed us his lack of professionalism!We currently use Chase and that branch to deposit money to our customers and clients but after so many bad experiences with Juan, we are reconsidering moving our business elsewhere, especially if Juan continues being our banker. Everyone else at that branch is always helpful from reception to the tellers but I simply cannot get over the fact that our personal business banker has such bad attitude and service towards us. I hope this correspondence brings to light Juan’s bad attitude and that Chase rectifies this situation before I really consider moving my accounts and business going elsewhere

I came to the bank today 6/5/23 around 2:30pm. I am 72yrs old been coming to this bank for many many years the teller that I haven't seen before couldn't find me in the computer and called the manager and he found me but he said I couldn't do my deposit for one letter that was different on my last name, it's been Like that since the account was opened and never had a problem till today. I went to a different chase bank and I made my deposit with no problem at all. I will never come to this bank any more the other chase bank was very friendly and very helpful.
