13yrs in Pilsen and the first time I visited this branch. So much nicer than other locations. I’ll be going here from now on. Business Banker Juan made my day! I was running out of time waiting to sit with a banker and had to leave the branch. Juan actually gave me a follow up call to check in and I was able to handle my business over the phone. THIS IS QUALITY SERVICE!
