Horrible customer service. They never pick up their phones and I was told a 15 minute wait for the notary. An hour later and still nothing.

How can a bank not accept coins?? Isn’t that literally part of their job? I was told I had to roll them myself or go to Mariano’s across the street, where they take a cut. It’s a bank not some random corner store. Totally pathetic and unprofessional.
