I feel so bad about most of the people working here. I can only imagine how hard is to be at work and be so miserable. With an exception of a few everyone here either doesn’t know how to or doesn’t want to smile at all. That automatic greetings at the door can easily be done by a machine… and probably done better

Male banker advised me not to worry about a mistake $500 transfer for 5 days. Once 5 days passed he then told me since 5 days past- he can't help fix anything. Bank stole $500 from my account and didn't blink an eye

Staff lacks basic customer service skills. Every time I come here, I am so uncomfortable. There’s one person in particular, the girl with the blue hair, that speaks in an extremely condescending way to customers and makes the experience at Chase Bank unbearable.

This location will not answer their phone. called 5 different times during biz hours and got an automated voice telling me to try again another time. What’s the point if you can’t get ahold of someone? Clearly they don’t want to provide service to their Chase customers.

Complete disaster! I've been a Chase client for a number of years. For the first time, I needed to wire money to my own mother. The wire was denied three times - on the third try, I was informed that I would have to go to a bank branch to have the wire go through. Each time that I called, I was told that the wire should have gone through but that their system had an error. Terrible service!

Great in person. But they will never ever ever answer the phone. The 3143 number is nit connected to anything. If you're trying to schedule the notary you will never get through and should schedule a live appointment with a banker or walk in just ti be able to talk to someone.

Honestly worst customer service! I've ordered two cards in the last month in a half and was told they were shipped and delivered went to another bank just to have them order me one because this bank never ordered my card. I will never go back to this bank again.

People inside the bank are pleasant but why do they have recurrent problems with their computers and answering their phones? This is a major bank, not a mom and pop operation! Geez

Super slow. Will never give me more than $10 in quarters. Not even able to do all my laundry with just $10. I’ll never understand why they have a greeter who does nothing while the line for the teller piles up.

The best banking experience I have had in the US.As a non-national, I have found it tough to open a bank account in the US before.Ivanna and Jesus made it so incredibly easy. Ivanna was so incredibly kind and helpful in booking me in to set up a checking account and making sure that I had everything I needed. She was able to get me an appointment same day. Such a lovely conversation with her.Jesus was incredibly knowledgeable in setting me up and making sure I understood the offers and accounts available.Thank you both, it was a dream banking with you.

Bank is terribly managed. Corporate should be alerted to how poorly they are functioning. Last month I scheduled an appointment and when I showed up they had no record of it. I waited for 20 minutes for someone to just rush me through an appointment. I'm calling now 4 times this afternoon for a separate transaction and I get their voicemail every time. Not going to return to this bank.
