The employees at this branch are the friendliest I've encountered and I've banked with chase for 20 years. Adriana even let me borrow a phone charger when I was in a tough spot. Highly recommend visiting this branch.

The woman who help me is rude & lazy …,I asked her to use there bathroom..she responded to me no,she suggested to go outside & look for a restaurant,I am the only one person (customer) inside, there are other employees inside but this teller doesn’t even asked her co employees to help,I am a longtime customer of chase, she’s the only chase bank employee that didn’t helped…this is transaction #23, today 3/22/23.

Dunno why they have such low ratings, but of course, I'm not trying to cover people's bad experiences or anything but I will say that I, personally, actually had a great experience at this location today! Very cleanly! I had to go to a Chase to fix a PIN issue with one of my cards and Sabrina (I'm 80% sure that was her name) was super helpful! She was quick and efficient! I literally was only there for 12 minutes MAX. Definitely made me comfortable coming back to that specific chase.

I walked in and the space was virtually empty except forh two women (employees) standing around. What's happening to the banking industry? I had to ask to get "teller service." It seemed more like a fashion designer's atelier where you sit sipping Perrier while they bring out dresses they think you'll like from the latest collection. I thought about leaving but I needed change for cash I extracted from another terrible Chase branch (the one next to the Logan Square Blueline station) where I was told there were no tellers and so I left after telling them to label their storefront as an ATM hub. I get that there's a war on cash and they want us to bank and pay for things on cell phones, but I refuse to do that. It is not safe.

I went in to speak with a representative about cancelling a check sent by the Chase automatic bill pay for rent. They had a representative near the door who told me to wait and then went to telephone my question to another banker. I followed her to the office to explain my situation, if needed, and she was visibly upset and told me to go wait in the lobby. They told me there was nothing they could do even though they deducted the funds from my account. A few weeks later, the check never arrived and I call the Chase help service and have it canceled in a matter of 5 minutes. This branch had no idea what they were talking about and were very unhelpful.

So I was trying to open an account there and just like a previous post before this. They made it sound like I needed an appointment for everything. The banker Dana, very unprofessional, I would give him a time for an appointment and he would always push to make it earlier? I thought that was a little rude but I ended up missing the appointments because he’d try to make them so early. It got to a point where Dana didn’t want me to open an account there I guess because one day I called trying to reschedule and Dana simply told me I couldn’t. Let me just say I have NEVER went to a bank where opening an account was such a maze, went to PNC down the road they opened my account in 20 minutes. Don’t bank here.

This location is consistently unhelpful and always claims that you need an appointment to do just about anything. This is simply a glorified Chase ATM
