The tellers are very nice. You can get your money in and out easily. The lobby is lovely. For anything more, be prepared to wait. Even if you have an appointment, that is not a guarantee you will be seen.

I had a great experience coming to this Chase Bank. I just graduated from college and was in the market looking for my first credit card. Yaakov was very helpful in not only signing me up for the right card but also by showing me many of the useful features of the Chase Mobile App which I didn't previously know about.
