This Chase Bank location provides a phenomenal and pleasant experience. Staff members are extremely friendly, polite, willing to help, and awesome. They listen to problems, advocate for customers, and spend considerable time and effort to obtain answers and resolve issues. Employees help with financial questions and are attentive to individual work schedules, continuing communication as needed. Customers get their work done and highly recommend this branch for its exceptional service.

Israel helped immensely with an issue I was having. He advocated for me to the customer service line and got my issue resolved. It took a decent amount of time and effort on his part. He also prioritized my work schedule, continuing to communicate with me after I had to leave to attend meetings at work.
