Very few Chase branches that give foreign exchange. Even less are open on Saturdays. When I finally got to this one, they wanted to charge me 7% surcharge and I’m supposedly a special customer.. and no restrooms for customers. I keep asking myself lately. Why am I using Chase?

ATM after-hours access card reader door opener isn't working or never worked. Why having it at all if you disabled it on purpose or never fixed it?

With Chase closing so many branches around the city, I would like to at least access the ATM's after hours at the little branches I can. These are the closest ATM's around Streeterville/magnificent mile and it isn't even accessible after hours on weekend.
