You cant acces the ATM'S, I went at like 7pm the doors are locked and all access to ATMS are shut down...why

Friendly staff that was quick and helpful. ATMs are on the ground floor white the bank itself is on the second floor. They have an escalator as well as an elevator. Easy access right on Michigan Ave.
