Chase is terrible to deal with, even when the employees are friendly the organization has them trained to do only what their told. Nothing against them but Chase as a bank is terrible to deal with. The employees are overworked , lines are long, service is slow. It’s shows with everyone’s face that has to do business with this bank. Bank policies and procedure mean more than people. Think about this before you bank with Chase.

I can’t believe how many people ask you to fix the door to use the ATM inside and yet it’s still been broken for months. What a joke, shows how much this location doesn’t care… Will never try again, switching banks now

Fix your door card reader for the ATM inside. There’s always long car lines because there’s only 2 drive through ATMs and 1 malfunctioning for a while now.

It’s now been a week since they refuse to fix the walk in ATM. On top of that 2 out of the 3 ATMs outside maybe work sometimes. Oh then the employees just stare at you when you attempt to use your card for the walk in ATM. No assistance whatsoever.

Had a meeting with a banker. He didn't know the answers to any of my questions so he basically made up the answers. Just say "I don't know" don't give out bad information. Chase in general sucks. I had money stolen via a Zelle transfer and they said I authorized it. Really? I think I would know if I authorized a transaction to some dude I never heard of. Anyway, they won't pay you back so if your money gets stolen be aware you are in for a fight.
