  At every chase branch everyone is always so nice and happy

  Terrible services, I came with my mother who is an elderly person 78 years old, and the systems didn’t work, we closed an account. Never come back to this branch with terrible customer services. We just opened a new account in Bank of America.
  Don’t recommend this branch.

  I am going through a hardship and asked customer service to reverse four negative fee charges equaling to $136.00.
  Even called the corporate phone number no one will help me.
  This bank is crap.
