I had an issue with the porch swing that I received due to a manufacturer error. Choose-your-gift immediately replaced it for me, and they worked with the manufacturer to make it right. I would very happily use them again. Annamarie has been especially communicative and helpful throughout the whole process.

they made the process easy to purchase and distribute certificates. I was able to get a list whenever requested as to what certificates were not yet redeemed so I could send reminders to my team. I will be using them again in the future. My direct reports loved the gift options. thank you
