Have a business and checking Account for years.Never have i met an unprofessional branch manager in my adult life as this Lady. So rude!! Had a very bad attitude .. The staff were so helpful and patient compared to the horrible service from the manager..

Citibank had no customer service. I needed help with my accounts. I first was told to call customer service. When I replied I have been. I was told he would call back to identify me and no call back. They have.been absolutely horrible. If you want to have a secure bank account turn around and run the other direction

Tellers might be slow, but overall the staff is friendly
