Jose Luis is the personal banker there and he is awesome. Very knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. Also when you call there isn't a giant phone tree, and they answered on the second ring.

This location is a joke. They only cater to students and international ppl. If you have personal business to take care of, forget it. There’s only one banker and one teller. Dont get me wrong the employees are very nice and pleasant, overall
