CrossTown Fitness - West Loop offers over 200 weekly group fitness classes, open to all fitness levels from first-timers to die-hards. Each class is different, incorporating strength, endurance, interval cardiovascular routines, and mobility training for a great, sometimes intense, workout. The trainers are knowledgeable, professional, super supportive, and provide corrections on form. It is a wonderful, safe place with a great gym atmosphere and an excellent, encouraging community of strong, kind folks. The staff is very polite, kind, and willing to help, contributing to a generous and respectful 10/10 gym environment with beautiful design and new equipment.
