I love my personal trainer, Sara, she's amazing! The yoga instructors are great but I wish they had more classes at lunchtime.

Big fan of FFC west loop. The staff is great and very courteous. They manage to keep the place pretty clean. The class offerings are great. Love the reservation for lap swim - ensures I have a lane every time. Price is perfect for what you get.
