Priscilla was very kind and pleasant. Ive had poor experience with the service at other facilities and this was the complete opposite. The facility is also very clean and signup was incredibly easy.

Very good customer service provided by Shavon! She was attentive, patient and answered all our questions diligently. We need more people like her in customer service! The storage unit was clean and easily accessible.

Came in today to make a payment for my daughter and I would have to admit Priscila the manager greeted me at the door with a smile and good energy so early in the morning. You don’t get that great customer service often. Thank you for your help Priscilla
