Since a new manager was hired, the staff at this CVS Pharmacy are friendly, helpful and competent. The new pharmacists and pharmacy staff are knowledgable and quite accommodating. They always find and enter discounts. Even when the computer software causes trouble, staff keep apologizing to customers kept waiting by slow technology. There are never any problems at this location. Lots of people are around to greet, help and guide customers. The difference is night and day. The commitment to precision, respect, and genuine problem-solving sets them apart from other businesses. The dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction is remarkable.
