“I wanted to take time to compliment the customer service provided by 200 Pharmacy. I don't order often and when I called to reorder a product, the customer service rep was unable to locate my information after searching in multiple databases. It had been a couple of years since my last order. She was determined to assist me, remembered one last place to check. Although this process took an extended period of time, the rep never gave up, or stopped looking. She was able to find my information and I was able to order the product I needed. In this day and age when good customer service is hard to experience, I wanted to give a positive review for this organization. BTW, I live in California.”

“I have been with this pharmacy for years and has never had a problem. Angel is an Angel if you have a problem with a medication she is going to make sure that everything is ok. Everyone there is so nice, polite. Jose the Driver is a great guy. Always let you know that he is on the way. Never had a problem with him is very nice.”
“I'm so happy to have switched to Armitage Pharmacy from the corporate chain-pharmacy hellscape. The staff are wonderful and so helpful. I'm able to pick up my prescriptions same-day and I can always get in touch with a pharmacist if I have an issue. When I was prescribed a medication that I didn't realize contained something I was allergic to - and I couldn't get in touch with my provider due to it being a holiday - the pharmacist walked me through exactly what to do. Pharmacy is such a vital and unrecognized service and Armitage Pharmacy actually provides it, unlike the chains. I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy and I recommend to anyone to switch.”

“Local Health Pharmacy was recommended by my provider as it carries a medication I take daily that many pharmacies do not carry. So, I’m giving them my business whether I like the place or not. Luckily, the people there are all friendly, professional, and very helpful! Sierra, at the Diversey location, is an amazing human being who goes out of her way to help their customers! “One of the best things I've ever done is move from Walgreens to Chicago Health Mart--the techs here are so kind, they always pick up the phone/call you back, and are incredibly kind and patient with slow doctors offices. Always knowledgable, always helpful; anytime I've had a problem with my PCP not taking care of medications/refills, CHM steps in and helps out. So grateful for this place! I've moved out of the neighborhood, but continue to utilize this pharmacy--the service is too good to leave.”

“Visited this location for travel vaccines. The pharmacist was friendly and answered all of my questions. He was able to help me early and I got out quickly. The online system allowed me to schedule an immunization they didn't actually have in stock so make sure you call the pharmacy to check. That's not the fault of the staff at this location though.”

“Merz is a wonderful store for all things scented and unscented. They have a huge selection of perfumes for women and men, creams and lotions, soaps of all kinds, and other assorted sundries that you can't find at Walgreens or CVS. Their products come from all over the world. There is so much to see and sniff that it takes me hours to go through everything. Not only is it a beautiful store, but the staff is very knowledgeable.”
