Dwight Lofts is an inspiring and energetic living space for students, offering fully furnished lofts with sweeping Chicago views. Many residents describe the views from the apartments as mesmerizing and amazing, with floor-to-ceiling windows in the living rooms. The apartments are spacious, featuring high ceilings, comfortable full-size beds, spacious closets, and desks. The kitchens are well-equipped with a microwave, stove, full-size refrigerator, and an island table. Bathrooms are also spacious with good water pressure. The building provides amazing amenity spaces. These include a graffiti room, an entire floor dedicated to artistic expression with city views, and a sky lounge for lounging or studying, which has comfortable seating, a ping pong table, and a pool table. The first floor has a lobby with seating, a coffee machine, a mail and package room, laundry facilities, and two workout rooms. The front desk staff are noted as sweet, nice, and friendly, and security does a good job keeping residents safe. There are some noted flaws. The building has only three elevators for its 16 floors, with one rarely working. Some apartments lack proper lighting in the bedrooms, and occasional bugs have been mentioned. The front desk is so sweet and nice. I also love that the building has so many opportunities to get to know others with the graffiti room and the sky lounge.

decent for a freshman dorm. sucks that we don’t have proper lighting and there’s a few bugs every once and a while which is nasty considering we’re paying so much. nice placement in the city though
