He helped me set up my home internet and explained everything to me so clearly — literally like I was two, in the best way possible! ? He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood every single step without ever making me feel rushed (on Black Friday).
You can tell he really cares about customers and takes pride in his work. The service I received was top notch from start to finish. If you need a reliable, friendly, and professional Verizon rep, Russell on 87th is definitely your guy. Highly recommend!”

My phone has broken twice over the past few months and both times I went here to get my my phone fixed. The guy who fixes phones is super fast and the prices are reasonable. He even included a free screen protector for me, a really nice touch.”
“I had went in today 7/9/25 with my husband… as we had switched from AT&T a year ago and came to metro/t-mobile.. AT&T NEVER let my phone service go … which i didnt know about and i was getting charged from them still, even though metro/tmobile cancelled it when we switched to them…
So we came in and Edgar and one other gentlemen was there with him… and even though this was a weird situation, Edgar and his co-worker were SUPER patient and ended up fixing the situation and getting my phone back on and under Tmobile/metro.
I just wanted to say that Edgar was super professional and super nice and patient!!!
I understand they all deal with a lot every day… but regardless, he and his co-worker were still SUPER kind and understanding and patient! They are DEFINITELY model employees!!!! PLEASE GIVE THEM A RAISE!!! For real! We will always come back to this store now… Edgar is the friendliest and most understanding and troubleshoots well and gets the job done! He was the nicest employee we have EVER dealt with! And i dont want to leave out his co-worker.. whose name i did not get… but they are both stellar employees!”

“THE BEST REPAIR STORE!!
I was biking and my phone fell out of my pocket and the screen was cracked and the phone was unresponsive and all black no visual. I called the store and they gave me a GREAT price to fix it. I came in the store dropped off my phone went to go get coffee and he called me saying it was fixed before i even finished my coffee! super fast maybe 15-20 minutes which is perfect since i use my phone for work so i cant be without it and this store made sure i didnt have to! Would definitely recommend this to anyone i know and hopefully i dont crack my phone but if i do ill know to come here!! BEST REPAIR STORE! ??

“Joe and Bob at Royal Home Entertainment were able to magically transform my “rat’s nest” of dozens of non-terminated and unlabeled cat5 cables into a seamless multi-room wifi system controlling four rooms and two 5.1 surround theater areas, using different TVs (one TCL Roku and one Sharp) across a mesh network. It took two days of hard work but Bob was incredibly patient throughout the process, tenacious, answered all my questions, worked closely with the Denom support team, and spent extra time and effort (at no cost) making it all look cosmetically nice by adding new wall plates and organizing the mess of cables. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!”
