Had a great experience with this Enterprise branch. Seamless transition for renting and returning the vehicle. Vy was great in helping me out and would highly recommend this Enterprise to anyone in the river north area looking to rent a car!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Luevania at Enterprise! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to ensure I had the perfect car for my needs. Not only was she incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but she also made the entire process seamless and enjoyable.
I came in having a rough day, and Luevania completely turned it around with her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care. She checked in with me throughout the process, making sure everything was perfect, and her joyful energy was truly contagious. I rent from this location regularly, and I will absolutely keep coming back just because of her.
If you’re looking for outstanding customer service, ask for Luevania—she is an absolute gem! Enterprise is lucky to have her, and I am grateful for the exceptional service she provided.

Alphonso was phenomenal. He was there when I arrived at 7am with a smile and a pleasure to deal with. When I returned the car, almost 12 hours later, he was still there with a smile and still a very pleasant person. I also returned my rental with Vi and she was also a very nice person. A+. Awesome rental and super easy transaction. Thank you!

Enterprise Rental in Chicago on Grand is my car rental place of choice! The staff is always kind and professional and fair in reimbursing you for any issue that may come up with car issues. Prices are very competitive. There are a lot of different car rental places to choose in a big city like Chicago and I choose Enterprise!

According to the final invoice, I have been charged for two full rental days (January 20–22), but I returned the car on January 21st at 6:00 PM, well within the second rental day.
I returned the car to your lot and completed the drop-off process by 6:00 PM on January 21st, not January 22nd.

Walked in to get a rental car and they ask me to go on their website and make a reservation. I’m physically in the store, you should be able to get any data you want. I make the reservation and it just so happens that my physical credit card is not in my wallet but I have my Apple Card, which is a credit card and has all the details that they need, wouldn’t accept it. I don’t know why I bothered to think customer service still exists. Better off getting Turo or some other rental. If I have to do everything on my phone I might as well just reserve and pay online too.

Location is useful I guess if you are already downtown. Business hours on the weekend are simply a joke. Pickup and drop off is atrocious. Make sure EVERYONE is present when getting your keys in case your parents miss a step about drop-off after hours. Parking on the 10th fl of a garage in a minivan isn't easy for everyone. Would have preferred to avoid the hassle and just Uber honestly.

Suspected white supremacist lady working at this location. I am organized and was prepared to prevent being subjected to anti black racism. Immediately she didn't want to accept my drivers license then it was the debit card. Then there was an error with the drop off which she refused to assist with and caused even more distress and anguish. We deserved to be treated fairly and not be met with people who appear to practice supremacy. I was able to rent the car after speaking with customer service on the phone inside the location and as a punishment she gave me the smallest car possible. I could barely fit on the car. If I would ran into deer I would be dead. Horrible experience. I have reached out to the manager and district manager to demand refund.

I never review anything but I find it’s necessary for your time, safety, and overall wellbeing if you’re considering renting a car from enterprise.
Story time:
I picked up a car in Harrisburg and drove to downtown Chicago in one day. It’s a 10 hour drive and it was a 20 degree January day where the roads were heavily salted. I should’ve checked before I left the rental lot, but my windshield washers weren’t working for the entire 10hr drive. I stopped and purchased washer fluid to manually pour and wipe over the windshield throughout the ride. I will admit it was not safe at all for me to operate this vehicle as a truck driving by would cover my windshield in salt/mist and I would immediately have to pull over to retain any visibility. I will say corporate customer service was NOT able to offer any rationale or timely alternative options. And it’s safe to say whatever washer fluid they used in my rental was not rated for cold weather.
If you choose to rent a car, please take photos and videos of when you returned the car like I did to avoid this:
I returned the car exactly 3 hr and 47 minutes ahead of my drop-off time (I have a video with location and timestamp) only to find I was overcharged $30.43 for the reservation because I “dropped off the car late.” KEEP IN MIND - this office operates under normal business hours and no one is present after closing time, so you have to “return the car” by putting keys in a drop box. So someone definitely just tacked on a $30 charge to my bill for no reason. They never emailed me about this charge!! They put it on my reservation total and I found it on my credit card statement!!! Keep your receipts and videos and be prepared to wait 5-7 business days for them to fix a transaction that they consciously and fraudulently charged against you.
This is all to say that you should rent from anyone else. It’s not worth your safety and the safety of other drivers. Pending your vehicle is safe, it’s not worth the stress and time of dealing with fraudulent charges on your credit card either.

Enterprise has more customers than cars. They rent rent rent and then have a first come first serve regardless of the time promised. It is fraudulent advertising. First come first serve is not mentioned on their website. A BBB report will be filed. My car is 2 1/2 hours late…stay tuned.
Lindsey, Enterprise employee extraordinaire, made herself available when we returned our rental. Lindsey is professional, and super smart with a “how can I fix this attitude”. Thank you Lindsey you are the diamond in the rough at Enterprise. Five stars for Lindsey.

They’re suppose to open 8am, right now it’s 9:50am and they just opened. Of course it’s gonna take more than an hour to get my car, giving the huge amount of people that had an early appointment and are here STILL WAITING. Don’t get your car from this location. Get it from any other enterprise.
