This location definitely understands and provides customer service! The employees have been respectful in person and on the telephone. My multiple rentals were managed by Mr Liam Jackson. He is a stellar representative for the company! No AI could ever approximate or capture Liam's sincerity or commitment. He was available when needed and always pleasant, early morning or near closing. I previously rented from two competitors. Mr Jackson has provided concrete reasons to make Enterprise my go-to rental agency. I wish Mr Jackson success in his career aspirations!

Chicago -> Knoxville: Honestly one of the best rental experiences I've had. Booked beforehand, didn't have any surprise fees when I handed the car over. Had to change my drop-off location after picking the car up and they were accommodating.

I really enjoyed my interaction with Liam Jackson. He is the agent that helped me at your rental center. He is kind and personable and helped me navigate your website. I was impressed by Liam’s professionalism as well as the young man who checked me in at the airport when I returned the car. He too was personally concerned about my experience! You are in good hands with these two young men representing your company.

I used your service first time since my company gives this to me. Since this was our first time, we were navigating the garage when we return our car today between 1 and 1:30. As we were walking after returning our car, one of the staff member reversed one of the returned cars very recklessly that he almost hit my wife and I and one other lady. As I looked at him while walking he cursed at me and came out of the car and start yelling at me. He also tried to removed his jacked pretending that he was ready for fight. The manager and one other staff member interfered but he still was not stopping to come at me yelling at shouting. This is extremely unprofessional behavior and this individual should be removed from his job asap. Due to very unprofessional behavior and lack of sane people. I do not recommend this place.

Horrible phone customer service I called to ask if they have economy cars. The woman said "there's no such thing of economy cars and we don't have anything available" and hung up on me. Enterprise please do better.

A little difficult to find the office, 2nd floor of the garage, but great service, surprising selection of vehicles, rates better than others, and centrally located. Only issue was…extremely expensive to drop the car at the airport!! Extremely!!

Zero stars! I was refused service because Assistant manager heard me tell my father that I was going to file a corporate complaint. The worse customer service experience ever! I was told for over a week that I could not use my insurance reservation without a credit card only to be told by Kaylin, the assistant manger that I could have. Why would you even tell a customer they were unnecessarily inconvenienced? Poor customer service and management training. After, I have missed work due to not having transportation. Fast forward to pick up day now that I have waited for my replacement credit card to be mailed. I reserved a luxury rental. They bring out a Kia Sportage. She then brings me the Audi that needed an oil change but now magically it doesn’t need one it just needs the light reset. At this point I’m defeated and just take the car. Jacob, her staff member drives me to the gate then hands me the iPad with additional charges that he could not explain. He goes to get Kaylin who attempts to explain. I give them my credit card to charge the fees because I’m just ready to go home at this point. I tell my Dad who I’m on the phone with because he has the same insurance and recently had to get a rental with Enterprise, that I am going to file a complaint. I also asked him if I should dispute the charges with Tesla or with ERC if they were charged in error. (Again, private phone conversation with my father) She snatched the iPad from Jacob and says we don’t have to rent to her and we aren’t. I was not loud, cursing, threatening or belligerent however I was refused service for voicing my complaints in a respectful manner to my father. I called customer service and while on the phone with the agent I asked Kaylin why she refused me service and her response was because she felt she had done her job and I was still going to file a complaint. So I was refused service because I told my father that I wanted to file a complaint for the poor experience. This is clear cut retaliation and the worst customer service I have ever received. Do not use this location. Kaylin Powell is rude and unprofessional and the staff is poorly trained. I witnessed other customers upset and leaving due to improper information being given. Enterprise needs to restaff this location and better select who represents them in a management capacity. In one experience I was:1.Given misinformation delaying my rental resulting in missed work.2.The car category I requested was not available and I had to wait for alternate options to be cleaned and prepared. (To include resetting the oil change light which seems questionable as a practice)3.Additional fees added that could not be explained without an additional wait.4. Refused service after taking my credit card and signing because I intended to file a complaint for the previous treatment.5.Staff continued to laugh and find the ordeal entertaining while I was on the phone with corporate arranging my own reservation transfer because the sent me back into the office and proceeded to busy themselves with any other task before continuing to assist me.6. Still no rental while I wait for management to contact an alternate location with a vehicle available on a Sunday.My complaint resulted in a phone call from a manager stating that I would be placed in a vehicle today. I have yet to be contacted by an alternate branch.

I seldom leave negative reviews, but my recent experience with Enterprise at this location compels me to share. I had a reservation set up in advance for a vital meeting, and when I arrived, I was told there was no rental car available for me. The disappointment was further exacerbated by the staff's demeanor. They were not only cold and rude, but they also exuded a level of unprofessionalism I hadn't encountered before. A simple call to forewarn me would have been highly appreciated and would have allowed me to make alternative arrangements. But they chose not to, leaving me blindsided and stranded. The lack of empathy and understanding was astonishing.What struck me most was their apparent indifference – as if leaving a customer stranded without a car was a routine occurrence at this location. There was no hint of remorse, no attempt to provide alternatives or even a basic level of assistance. Feeling frustrated, I reported this incident to the corporate office, hoping for some resolution or at the very least, an acknowledgment. Yet, to my dismay, I've received no response.It's disappointing when companies fail to deliver on their promises, but it's even more disheartening when they appear to show no concern for the inconvenience caused to their customers. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend this particular Enterprise location to anyone. There are plenty of rental services out there, and I urge potential renters to consider their options carefully.

Tried to rent from them after an accident. The staff and manager were unhelpful and when I tried to ask about other locations they were rude and unprofessional. You have a lot of choices in Chicago, save yourself a headache and choose a different location.
