Was unable to sent item back. This site had no process for returning equipment without labels? Direct TV said they only needed my acct number but this site said no. ? Needed label??

They were very courteous and polite.I will visit their store again.It was in a Walgreens.They were very accommodating because I wasn't totally prepared.They assisted me graciously
