“I came in with several items that needed to be returned, and the process was much more complicated than a typical return. Several different shipping labels had to be created, and I was even assisted with an item that needed to be sent through USPS.
The staff was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially Ray. He was friendly, patient, and kind, and he took the time to assist me with everything I needed. Despite the number of returns and the extra work involved, he never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing anyone.

“This is a fantastic UPS store. If you are helped by Omar, you are seriously in good hands. He is friendly, super knowledgeable, and will ensure that your package gets delivered appropriately and handle any problems that happen along the way. We shipped several packages across the country and he helped us tape them together and send them out all at the same time so that they would also deliver at the same time. “I went to this DHL for the first time today and the people were extremely helpful and nice! It was such a pleasure working with them. I had originally went to fedex to ship something to the Virgin Islands and FedEx wanted over $200 for the shipment. DHL was able to get it sent out for me for almost half that with express shipping on top of it. The gentleman put extra packaging in my package too to reassure that it didn’t break in transit. I will definitely come back to this DHL location! Definitely better than FedEx and UPS!”

“This place is great. I've dropped off USPS, FedEx, and UPS packages and they all move in transit to their destination extremely fast--even faster than if I drop off at an actual post office etc. You can get a dropoff receipt for FedEx and UPS packages, but not USPS (which is hard to get at an actual post office anyways). It's always very efficient and I'm out the door quickly.”
“Mr Ebe is a diligent worker, polite, duty conscious. I made an error on a mail ,called him, he politely as always came to the phone corrected the error. Mail was delivered at the appropriate time. It is under new ownership since I had gotten my contract, but it doesn't seem to effect much.
Now, the only issue I currently have is the difficulty with parking, which is NOT their fault!
Right in front is a bus stop and directly across the street is a HUGE parking lot for a restaurant that does not EVER get enough business to fill it!!! Soooo... I'll let that rest there!
On another note, MANY who have heavy packages to drop off or pick will stop close to the door as possible with their hazards on. Sadly, when they return to their vehicles, they'll have a ticket of $75 or more!
ANYONE can observe that this is one of Taylor Street's GEM of a spot, and you'll think the city will work with it, but does NOTHING! I don't link that issue to UPS but the greed of Chicago!
In spite of it all... It is one of my FAVORITE places to visit here in Chicago... And there's not too many!!!
Oh, sure, there's nice things to see here and architecture to admire, but sometimes the people surrounding them or whose employed there can make it an unpleasant experience... But NOT HERE!!!

“I came to this location on and off for the last few years and the service staff WERE mediocre at best. Recently though the staff has been super helpful and friendly, which makes a huge difference in getting questions answered for some of these tricky international shipments.”

They are not the company delivering packages, they are only a marketplace to find the best offer and they are very good at it.The only issue is their website. When I first looked at it, I thought it was a scam. Horribly designed, confusing, it accepts only certain Visa bank cards. But once you get used to these issues, it works fine.”
“This is a great store. It's right off the #36 bus stop. My main purpose in going to thhis store is to send cerified mail through the USPS. They offer notary services printing packing shipping scanning and faxing. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The store is also clean.”
