From Stephan (the manager) to every other employee I've interacted with (especially xxx whose name I'll add once I ask him for it), I always leave the store feeling better than I did walking into it. Somehow the guys are never frazzled, no matter how long the line is, which is impressive. They're genuinely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about UPS services. In fact, they've made such a good impression on me (over several visits to this store) that I now go out of my way to bring them business. I came in at 5:59 pm needing a document notarized and didn't realize the service ended at 6. They were able to work together to get this completed swiftly for me so that I didn't have to come back the following day. “I had a wonderful experience with DHL in chicago. Not only were the service providers very patient, but also some of the kindest souls i’ve met. Maria was the employee who looked after me. She was kind, funny and most of all helpful. We ran into some things which weren’t aligning but with her patience and client care we were able to work together and solve these issues.
