The star is because at the very least they had the materials I needed. There is a fee on top of shipping costs just for convenience it would seem. The two women that were to assist me essentially refused to assist me, and didn't offer any options for my issues, I had to ask if this was corporate owned just to get a shipping sleeve which is no cost. Would have loved to print using their computer but it is not functional. Seems like if you're willing to pay the fee they treat you better.

They’re going to charge you additional money even if you have a pre-printed label because they’re a convention center. Don’t waste your time.

I went there for binding and they messed it up. One of the tabs I asked them to put in was in the wrong place and some of the pages are not aligned so the pages are ripping out.

Horrible location and service. Had drop off service pre paid and location claims to not take QR codes therefore they have no capability to send prepaid packages. Location needs to be shut down!

Warning - this is part of a hotel and will try to charge you a fee to drop off packages, which is completely free at any actual FedEx store (including the one just a few minutes walk away on Wacker)

To echo another review here, this FedEx charges an exorbitant "handling fee" for prepaid packages. Mine was over $10, which was more than the prepaid label itself - so I took my business elsewhere.Avoid.
