$10 for extra charge . Doesn’t make sense. Waste time

Highly recommend using a different location. Employee was rude and insisted I would be charged an extra $10 for a prepaid package dropoff. I asked her why and she said it is because they are part of a hotel. The explanation made no sense. There's plenty of other locations in the area, so will take my business elsewhere.

After my prepaid return was labeled and packaged they told me there would be a $14 handling fee despite the package shipping being paid for already! I didn't have a choice but to pay it since they already labeled it and everything.
