I went there for binding and they messed it up. One of the tabs I asked them to put in was in the wrong place and some of the pages are not aligned so the pages are ripping out.

Horrible location and service. Had drop off service pre paid and location claims to not take QR codes therefore they have no capability to send prepaid packages. Location needs to be shut down!

One of the worst shipping office I’ve ever visited in my whole life. If you’re visiting a FedEx office, highly recommend the one next to Hyatt Regency Chicago

Warning - this is part of a hotel and will try to charge you a fee to drop off packages, which is completely free at any actual FedEx store (including the one just a few minutes walk away on Wacker)

To echo another review here, this FedEx charges an exorbitant "handling fee" for prepaid packages. Mine was over $10, which was more than the prepaid label itself - so I took my business elsewhere.Avoid.

Service is extremely bad. Would not recommend. I went to take a passport picture clicked at this location. The photos came out flashy and do not meet the usual passport requirements for any country. The staff was very rude and unprofessional.

I would not recommend using this location to ship out pre-paid packages. They attempt to charge a “drop-off” fee because they have a “union contract” with the hotel. Ironically, only one employee tries to charge this fee. That’s Chicago for you. Avoid this location and find another FedEx.

Friendly service - good place to print documents - but don't come for the passport photos - setup is amateurish - deep shadows because of poor lighting and standing too close to the backdrop. Additionally no chair, so had to crunch down to match the height of the camera - poor posture and result is useless.

Charges extra for doing the job, even accepting packages. I have no idea why they are even listed as Fedex office, “they are part of the hotel” according to the associate. Don’t waste time taking anything there. Will report now.
