The service is horrible the staff is more nosey with what’s going on outside than doing their jobs with customers right in front of them and then what’s the point in an drive thru atm when their is a window right before it and they handle hour long transactions at this window so your wait is forever to use the outside atm to not be bothered with inside staff

This Branch Of Fifth Third bank in Pilsen is an absolute joke. Every time l have been there it is a complete disaster.Nobody there know what they're doing, especially the account managers an hispanic gentlemen.And beware these people here are completely racist. I had a black friend with me who tried to open an account there, And they won't give him the time of day.They should be ashamed of themselves. THIS BRANCH IS A DISCRACE.

I have been customer with 5/3 for the last 8 years and they had great customer service! The lady in this branch was rude and dismissive. She didn’t even bother smiling and told me the document I am asking for is not available until I told her phone customer service told me otherwise!!Never going to this branch again!

I usually go for deposits or withdrawals and have had a pleasant experience with the staff there every time. I also really appreciate that they have a coin counting machine at this branch.

I went into the bank. My husband banks with fifth third, but my bank is online and my husband told me I could go over and get some money broken down. I walked in I let them know that my husband banked with them, and that my bank was online and ask them to break some money for me and in the rudest tone I’ve ever heard, she said if you don’t bank with us then we can’t help you. I remember the days when you could go into a bank and they would help you. I was ultimately planning on joining fifth third next month when our marriage certificate comes in. We were going to add me and have a joint account, but now we’re considering moving elsewhere. That includes his business account as well.
