They are very helpful. People need to be patient. They only can do so much and people take it out on the workers as it's actually Bank rules if things don't go you way. Customer service is in A+

A shout out to Susan Anderson the VP at this branch. She provideda service to us even though we were from out of town and not a current customer. If we would ever move back to the area, this bank would be our first choice. We highly recommend them.
