They are very helpful. People need to be patient. They only can do so much and people take it out on the workers as it's actually Bank rules if things don't go you way. Customer service is in A+

If I can I would give zero starts, they don’t know what they’re doing. I’ve had this bank for a year and there are always problems and when you call you either get the run around or they hang up on you. SUGGESTION FIND A DIFFERENT BANK.
