Come to other branch, they are much more helpful. This branch has really bad services and rude stuff. Rejected to help me opening a simple account. I worked as a consultant even on Saturday. They are not willing to make times to help. Other branch are much nicer and kind.

I literally asked for one coin roll (they are made of paper) and the guy at the counter made a HUGE deal out of saying no. Like, sorry, I googled it and it said banks sometimes gave them out. I just asked nicely. It was empty in there lol. Rude staff.
