First Merchants have very friendly and very helpful entire staff. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and made the customer feel very comfortable. The service was exceptional and great and the branch was the excellent representative and two knowledgeable agents that explain things and answer all of the customer questions. The teller was patient and very helpful. The location will definitely be the home branch and the customer look forward to visiting again the future.
