Really bad customer service with the tall personal banker.

Bad bank. Go somewhere else. Caused my parents anguish over a huge error on their end. Banker said ‘sorry dawg’ and nothing came of it.

I am dissatisfied with the account I made a zelle, they did not allow it, they blocked my account, I call, they do not answer, I make virtual purchases, they do not allow it
