Recently went in to Eastside branch regarding fraud on my account. I was nervous and the banker I had, did a great job helping and reassuring me. She went through everything with me in the process. The bankers there are always friendly and willing to help.

Erica is quite possibly one of the nicest people my family and I have ever worked with. For over two decades, she worked with my grandfather and took the best care of him. This is a fantastic branch with superb customer service, and my family owes a lot to Erica and her team. Could not recommend the branch enough.
