I want to give a special shout out to Dan who helped me while I was looking for a pair of new running shoes. He was very knowledgeable and listened closely to everything I was looking for. Although I didn’t end up buying a pair because they didn’t offer the color of the style I was looking for, Dan was great and provided excellent customer service.

I came after my doctor recommended Fleet Feet since I needed some wide toe box shoe that could support my high arches and supination during walking.
Julien helped us out and he was super helpful! He did a scanning of my feet and gait and brought around 4 pairs of shoes for me to try. He was incredibly patient, honest, and kind during the whole process, and at the end I found a shoe that totally removed my pain and was super comfy.

As soon as I walked in and said what I was looking for, within a minute, I was seated asked a couple of questions and trying on shoes. They were kind enough to hold the shoes for me while I went home to check on another pair of shoes and I returned a couple of hours later with more questions, more options and bought the shoes they had held for me. Compared to another Fleet Feet store I visited earlier in the day - I would choose South Loop every time for the recommendations and enthusiasm of the employees. If they don't have what I need in the store they offered to order for me.

Was looking for some new walking shoes in preparation for a trip. The store rep, young guy named Bacci (not sure on spelling), was very helpful with providing options and I got what I needed along with some new athletic socks for the Buy 3, Get 1 Free deal. Will definitely return for some running shoes.

My favorite running store by far. Great knowledgeable staff who show appreciation for their customers time and time again. If they don't have your shoe in-house, they check other stores and have it delivered to your door. Utmost in customer service.

Totally would recommend coming here for running, walking, or day to day shoes! They have a foot scanner that is incredibly helpful. It will tell you the pressure points on your feet, and the type of step that you have. They give you specific shoe recommendations for your type of foot, walk, and running.
There is free validate parking for the first 2 hours!
There is a run club at 6pm on Mondays, open to everyone, and Wednesdays for women.

I visited the store during a vacation based on the great reviews. I didn’t receive any offer of help whilst I browsed, but there were a few other people in so didn’t mind.
After finding the trainers I wanted I went to the desk and asked for them in my size, which the guy said they could order from their warehouse for the next day. I left my name, number and email but hadn’t heard by 3 so popped in. The guy was quite rude and just asked ‘did you receive a call?’ Alas, I never received either a call or an email and I’ve returned to England (6 days later).

I went here for the Soldiers Field 10K on Memorial Day and they have excellent sales for runner gear. Would recommend runners visiting and in the neighborhood go and check it out

So we stopped by.
We were greeted and they got us an associate to explain how this all worked.
Foot scans etc...
I was surprised to learn I've been buying the wrong size and width shoes.
Got a new pair and have to say I can feel the difference.
Glad I went by, and happy to recommend you to this store.
