I recently had the pleasure of working with Audi service advisor Manuel Arroyo, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, Manuel demonstrated a high level of professionalism, expertise, and efficiency.Manuel was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided clear explanations of the service options available to me. His knowledge and expertise were evident, as he was able to answer all of my questions with confidence and clarity.One aspect that stood out to me was Manuel's quick response and action. He understood the urgency of my situation and ensured that my service needs were addressed promptly. Despite being busy, he managed to squeeze me into the schedule and kept me informed of the progress along the way.Moreover, Manuel's attention to detail was commendable. Tony Prusak went above and beyond with my service recently. I’ve was under the impression that I had to return my loaner vehicle with a full tank or I would be charged $10 a gallon. I drove my loaner less than 7 miles and when I filled up the tank it was almost $35. When I came in to return the vehicle and told Tony, he immediately called his supervisor and then comped my wiper blades. The reimbursement not only canceled out the gas that I had purchased, but also refunded additional money to me. It was so unexpected and thoughtful of him. It really made my day. As a woman in Chicago, I have experienced sexism more than once when dealing with various services. So it is extremely appreciated to feel like a valued customer. Thank you Tony!

I love love love having my Audi serviced here. The workers are professional, respectful, attentive, and the shop is immaculate and clean. Bathrooms are clean and fresh, and they also have teas, hot chocolate and small breakfast items for while you wait. I always have knowledge of what they are going to do and how much it will cost for repairs. They also have a process to take video to show you what is happening with the car. This builds trust and helps me relax. Approvals of repairs can be made via your mobile or laptop. I love it! I recommend them without any reservations.

My wife brought our 2023 Audi A5 to FJ Audi service for an oil change on 1/26/24. I picked up the car the afternoon of 1/29/24. At the time of the pick up, the service advisor and I sat inside the car trying to reprogram both keys. He did not ask me to do an inspection of my car and I promptly left shortly after. Once I got home, I noticed there are two dents on the hood which were never there before. I immediately texted my service advisor and sent him pictures of those dents. I brought the car back to FJ at 8:35am the very next morning on 1/30/24. I met with both the SA and the Service Manager, Andrew Rajchel at that time to discuss a path forward. I informed them that the car is meticulous taken care off as the hood has a full XPEL PPF with ceramic coating. In addition, neither my wife or I recall any rocks hitting the hood. As you know, the PPF is designed to protect the surface from gravel/rocks and prevent paint chipping. It would have protected the hood if a rock/gravel would have hit the hood. By the shape of the dents, it appears to me that certain tools may have impacted the hood as both dents are parallel to each other with one having a round impact point.On 2/2/24, Andrew phoned and informed me that the dents were already present when the car was dropped off. A grainy photo was sent to me with 2 spots circled representing the "dents". FJ's photo is inconclusive at best since the car was full of salt and the picture quality is grainy. Anyone could have circled any of the spots on the car and claim it is a dent since they all looked the same. I was advised to file an insurance claim to get it fixed.I emailed the General Manager of Fletcher Jones, Dan Flood on 2/2/24 informing him of this situation and he replied on 2/5/24 stating that he "apologizes for the issues you are having but we will not be paying to repair any damages on the hood."I have taken the vehicle to 2 auto body shops and a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) person and all three indicated that it is not possible a kicked up rock could have caused the dents. The shape of the dents were from some sort of heavy impact which caused damage to the hood.My car went to FJ Audi for a simple oil change and came out with 2 ugly dents on the hood. FJ did not take any responsibility whatsoever. I will never bring my business to FJ Audi ever again as I have informed the General Manager. They have lost me a customer for life.

I was in the middle of drawing up a sales contract on an Audi vehicle advertised for sale by Fletcher Jones Audi, Chicago. The salesperson informed me that I had to have my credit run by Fletcher Jones, even though I already presented an approved loan from USAA. He also informed me that I must use their service to register my vehicle because I resided outside of Chicago, even though I also informed them that my states motor vehicle department also confirmed that I should only pay a registration/tag TRANSFER fee because I already have current plates, but he said this was told to him by his sales manager.The salesperson took this information to the "finance person" who tried to convince me that this is standard protocol, but I informed her that in the 20 years that I have purchased over 20 vehicles from Chicago, as an out-of-state resident, and even recently with other dealers in Chicago, this was never the case. I also contacted USAA to tell them that Fletcher insisted that my credit report be pulled again, even though I already had approval from them, and USAA also confirmed as I suspected, that Fletcher did not have to run a credit report to finance/purchase their vehicle. The finance person finally conceded and confirmed that this requirement is for Fletcher Jones, and not industry wide.I believe that Fletcher Jones Audi is conducting business unethically and was using bias and discriminatory practices is this particular sales transaction. I have repeatedly attempted to call Fletcher Jones to speak to a finance manager, but no one answers. This is definitely an indication of why Fletcher Jones has a BBB rating of D-, with a 1/5 customer review.Glad everyone else had such a great experience, which really solidifies this was personal!Dealership - 3Salesperson - 5Finance - 0

Had to have some emergency repairs done to our Q4 after we were carjacked in Chicago during Thanksgiving on a roadtrip back to DC.So pleased we chose Fletcher Jones Audi Service. They did an incredible job getting our car back up to spec.Moreover, Erick and his team were professional, courteous, and always responsive to communication. They would often reach out to give a status update before I had a chance to think about it. I can't speak more highly of our service adviser, he was wonderful. They made an awful experience so much better.

Fletcher Jones Audi offers, top-tier service for my car and amazing customer service for me. The team never fails at being transparent with me. It is always clear what work needs to be done based on those informative video inspections. Their online platform lets me see, and understand the costs and what needs to be prioritized. Coordinating visits has never been an issue. If you choose to wait for your car to be ready, the waiting area has plenty of seating and outlets if you plan to stick around!

2014 Audi S4, I made an appointment 9/1/23. they put me with service writer Nicole. got there to find out even with an appointment it was a 2.5-3 hour wait. failed to tell me that over the phone and drove an hour to get there. no welcome, no offer for an uber, didn't even say hello to me. When i brought in a coupon from their website, she was annoyed. she told me she would give me an update after 2 hours, when that didn't happen and I asked, she said with a loud voice, I told you it was a 3 hour wait and its in the shop. Was very embarrassing and messed up i even had to go ask. Finally, after the wait in their waiting room, she never went over the inspection, didn't bring up anything about the next recommended maintenance or even offer to make arrangements to get it done. Just said your car is fine, here is your bill. When I questioned a $21 environmental fee, she said it is what it is. Told me the price, I paid, and she handed me my packet. No thanks for coming in, no schedule of the other service things I wanted to purchase and do since I drove an hour to get there. She was rude, condescending, and downright mean. once I paid, she said go stand in the car waiting area and they will bring it up soon. then as I'm waiting, she pulls up a previous bill from service i had a year ago here and shoved it at me as she was walking by and said, " see you paid it last time too!" I guess she wanted to prove her point and make a scene. I didn't even ask her to do that. I've never been treated so poorly at a dealer service department in my life. It would take a lot for me to ever come back here. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.Service: General repairs & maintenance
