They are very straightforward and pretty efficient when you go pick up or drop off a car. They’re always pretty friendly with me. Only downside is that you can’t call them directly.

So unorganized and would it kill them to hire a receptionist to answer calls and field easy questions to avoid a 45 min drive into the city. I mean get it together.
