The wine selection is inventive and fun, while the pantry has good organic and clean ingredient options, though not large enough for full shopping. The vast soda selection includes local, low sugar, and CBD choices. Service is generally good, efficient, and very nice, with some employees providing exceptional and contagious positive energy that brightens the day. However, service is also described as not overly friendly in one instance. Experiences with specific items like a peppermint mocha or a grab bag of pastries can be disappointing. Had time to kill before an appointment & stopped in as a first-timer. “Helix” was my barista and was an absolute joy. It’s rare to find someone with a personality these days. Will make sure to stop in before/after future appointments just because of Helix!

Foxtrot is a gem and the Old Town location is simply the best. Everyone is very nice, but Roy's exceptional customer service is the reason I keep coming back. Chatting with Roy while ordering my coffee brightens my day and sets Foxtrot apart.

Went around 2:45pm, no line. I got the Cobb salad and it was fresh and filled me up so much I could hardly finish! The employee was super nice too and his positive energy was contagious. I would highly suggest this place!
