I am giving it 5 stars because staff was always polite and I have no ill intentions. But it happened to me twice, on separate ocassions, that the soda bottles I got (1 sprite zero and 2 diet cokes) did not come with the plastic safety ring: the cap turned too easily. I am not sure who is responsible for this.
