This is the kind of bookstore I remember from my youth but is almost extinct now. A labyrinth of books with gems hidden everywhere. If you're looking for a tight organizational system, accessible aisles/stairways, or pre priced books welllll: go elsewhere. This place rules and I'm so glad it exists

This is an extremely well stocked book store with multiple floors and very helpful staff. A friend and I spent nearly an hour in there and still didn't see the whole selection. Even the bathroom has book shelves in it! The store prices books based on their lowest price online, so the cost is not nearly as bad as it would be for most stores in the city.
Definitely worth stopping in.

I made our mom a birthday video book for her 90th birthday. It was so easy to do. I simply asked family and friends to send me a short video message for her. I used my iPad to upload the videos. I designed my own cover for her book. I had a question and got a response from Zach and Randee right away. After I completed my book and submitted it, I received a video the next morning that I wanted to include in the book. I simply emailed them and asked if there was any way I could get it included. Within minutes I heard back with directions on how to do it and then they sent me the new finished product to approve. Such wonderful response! I am definitely a very satisfied customer. I can’t wait to get the finished book back to give to my mom. I will let you know how happy it makes her! I highly recommend you try this! Thank you again Randee and Zach and everyone at Heirloom ❤️.
