For me, the staff is very friendly, the bad thing about all banks is that they don't give a good percentage for having money saved.

There's always a problem with this bank, I've been trying to open an account for months. I made an appointment for 10am and then I'm told come back later because the other appointment showed up, even though I was there a few minutes before. Really shows the lack of customer service
